Job Title: Middle school Kannada TeacherQualifications:
- BA MA B.Ed., in Kannada
- Proficiency in spoken and written Kannada.
- Experience in teaching Kannada language to middle level students (Grade 6-8).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Passion for language teaching and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

- Curriculum Development:
- Develop a structured Kannada language curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the school's objectives.
- Design lesson plans, learning materials, and activities that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of primary students.
- Incorporate age-appropriate teaching methodologies to enhance students\' language acquisition and fluency.
- Classroom Instruction:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Kannada language lessons that promote active participation and meaningful learning experiences.
- Provide clear explanations of grammar rules, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure in Kannada.
- Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including multimedia tools, to facilitate language learning and comprehension.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Develop appropriate assessments, such as quizzes, tests, and projects, to evaluate students\' progress in Kannada language proficiency.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills and address areas of weakness.
