Managing Implementation & Support Teams for Smooth Operations Scheduling Implementation Engineers for Newly Onboarded Clients Regular Follow-ups with Clients Client Interaction for Satisfaction & Retention New Lead Generation & Business Expansion Team Training Sessions Team Quality Check & Performance Monitoring CRM Implementation & Optimization Employee Expenditure Bills Cross-Check & Approval Client On-Time Renewals Follow-Up & AMC Collections Providing Floor Support to Support Engineers Reporting & Performance Analysis Good System Skills Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational & team management skills.
