Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client accounts in the Ecommerce channel.Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving business objectives and challenges.
Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining strategies to achieve growth, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.
Achieve revenue/sales targets as specified.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients, thereby increasing revenue and maximizing account value.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account performance and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations and logistics to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
