• Drive and achieve sales volume, value, and growth targets for a single Depot through a team of frontline Sales personnel.

• Monitor competition activities and local market trends to make informed business decisions.

• Expand the retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.

• Independently manage the Depot with full responsibility.

• Demonstrate expertise in sales of construction chemicals.

• Lead and manage a team for admixture sales.

Requirements Requirements:

• Age profile: 30-35 years

• Graduation with MBA specialization in Marketing

• Proven experience in team handling for admixture sales
