Job Description

-Strong experience on Confluent Platform and Kafka Streams, Kafka KSQL, Kafka connect.Design and architect Kafka-based streaming solutions to meet business requirements.Develop and maintain Kafka cluster infrastructure, including configuration, tuning, and scaling.Lead proof-of-concepts and pilots to evaluate new confluent platform features and technologiesDesigning and developing Kafka clusters, brokers, topics, partitions, and consumer groupsIn addition, the candidate should have experience working with large-scale, distributed systems and be familiar with best practices for designing and implementing Kafka solutions.Capacity Planning: Perform capacity planning exercises to scale the messaging infrastructure based on the specific needs and growth projectionsWorking with cross-functional teams to integrate Kafka solutions with other systems and applicationsProviding technical guidance and support to junior members of the teamThe ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Kafka development and architecture, as well as experience working with Confluent Platform.Establishing and documenting production run books and guidelines for Admin and Support operationsGiving recommendation on the Kafka Governance and best practices and implementing those .Develop and enforce best practices for Confluent platform development, deployment and operationsStrong Experience on Kafka security and Monitoring
