This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer success, business development, or client-facing roles within an IT company. You will be instrumental in driving growth in the German market by strengthening client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the German-speaking market.- Act as a bridge between internal teams and German-speaking clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.- Assist in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to expand existing client relationships and revenue.- Contribute to client presentations, proposals, and project coordination activities.- Manage client queries, feedback, and expectations professionally and promptly.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to drive client success and retention.Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Business Development, Account Management, or client-facing role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.- Fluency in German or French (both written and spoken) is essential.- Prior experience working with European clients or international markets.- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.- Understanding of IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.- Ability to understand client needs and align them with company offerings.- A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.Education and Experience: BTech, Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
