- Driving the top line and bottom line of Sales in North Region
- Build selling strategy for the freight (air and ocean) EXIM business, should be able to lead solution-based approach for selling end-to-end logistics services including - international freight, domestic transportation, and distribution.
- Work with product team and ops team to develop/ execute business on specified trade lanes like China to India, India to US, India-Middle East & A, US-India etc
- Work with product to build solutions for enterprise businesses.
- Ability to acquire enterprise customers in the region.
- Focus on the gross margin of the business and achieve it as per the plan in the range of 12-15%.
- Engage customers in fast growing verticals like Ecommerce, Life Sciences Healthcare, and Engg/Manufacturing, Technology, Telecom, Fashion & Apparel.
- Ability to work with operations team to work on large customers engagement on national level.
- Build large contractual customer partnership with monthly, quarterly, yearly sales growth roadmap.
- Should be driven towards Sales and GP and aggressive with internal teams to achieve the company deliverables.
- Engage with customers at senior level to handle all escalations and create relationships at CEO/ CXO/ COO/ GM level.
