Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyse surveillance systems, including advanced CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems, across our [facility/properties/clients].
- Should be able to supervise and observe suspicious actions by the people and take necessary actions.
- Report any security breaches, incidents, or unusual behavior to the appropriate personnel promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare detailed incident reports for documentation and analysis.
- Conduct regular checks and inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning, promptly reporting any issues for immediate resolution.
- Communicate and collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency services when required, providing accurate and timely information.
- Attention to detail with the ability to think logically and quickly grasp the entire process / workflow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective reporting and clear communication during emergencies or incidents.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to security and surveillance.
- Knowledge of managing digital files and documentations
- Problem-solving abilities 6. Strong observational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
