Purpose of the role:

We are looking for people who are excellent at problem solving, are super ambitious and at the same time, enjoy the excitement and unpredictability of working in a startup environment. You will be primarily responsible for analyzing and coordinating the supply chain of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules

? Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments

? Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check the quantity

? Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.

? Adhere to inventory management systems, processes and procedures.

? Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation.

? Ensure that all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.

? Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.

? Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

? Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.

? Maintain records and documentations concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.

Required Skills : 1 year of minimum experience in high growth operations. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Can speak Kannada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?325,000.00 per year
