Junior Vmc Programmer
Job Description
The job role of a Junior VMC Programmer usually revolves around finding and developing industrial solutions based on a technical drawing or blueprint.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specification
• Comprehend product design into computer modelling software
• Use computer software to create the design of parts and tools
• Complete quality control during the machine's manufacturing stage and on the final product
• Adjust and verify machine settings to desired product specification
• Troubleshoot issues with the machine during the instructional design process
• Create, edit, and optimize VMC programs.
• Set up machines, including tool changes and fixture setups.
• Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance checks.
Qualification:
• Proven experience as a VMC Programmer and Operator, specifically with Haas machines.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge on various precision VMC Machinery and principles, fabrication and machining practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
