Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 6 months of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing user-centric interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate on the design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on the creation of icons, graphics, and other design elements.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior post-implementation for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Comp. Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 6 months of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
