Exp- 4 to 8 Years


Qualification- ITI/GRaduate/Diploma


Candidate having regulatory Plant experience will be preferred




Job Responsibilities :




• Handle the Material as per procedure; Dispense Raw Material and intermediates as per SOP and perform related documentation including SAP activity.


• Issuance of Raw Material from sub warehouse to production department as per production planning.


• Receipt of materials in sub warehouse location in related production module and to check the condition of containers, labels, de- dusting activity.


• Shifting of RMs received form warehouse to respective sub warehouse location.


• Storage of Raw Material / Intermediates in lock and key (as applicable) provision at recommended storage condition of material.


• To receive the requirement from production department and providing reservation to main warehouse in SAP.


• Dispensed the material i.e. RMs/ intermediates as per the SOP & maintained the area and related record respective records.


• Issued Raw Materials /intermediates to plant for use in production batches


• Maintained the controlled area as per prescribed environment condition and complete the record as per the SOP.


• To clean the containers, equipment and dispensing tools of respective areas and maintaining of related records.


• Maintain the Material Management facility and associated documentation as accordance to cGMP/Regulatory requirements.


• Issuance the current SOP as per requirement at shop floor from the QA department.
• Destruction of superseded SOPs, document and other record as per procedure to meet their retention period requirement.


• To ensure the training assigned by the department / organization are attended / completed as per prescribed timeline and related documents are up-dated.


• To assist Manager- Material Management in handling internal/external audits and its compliance.



To follow the cGMP practices during work & ensure the implementation of cGMP and SOP compliance during work & implement the recommendations of internal / external auditors
