- Coordination with all the functional team - taking their requirements, understanding the same.
- Preparing proper JD & getting approval from the functional head.
- Floating the requirement to onboarded hiring agencies
- Coordination with Hiring Agencies
- Coordination for the submission of resumes to the functional team.
- Coordination for the interviews, feedback
- Handling the onboarding process
- Salary negotiation
- KYC updates
- Offer Letters
- Induction coordination
- Onboarding & deputation with team
- Excel
- HRMS
- Good Communication
- Pharma-Industry Exposure
