Job Description

This is a Network Security / Perimeter Security L2 role. The candidate will be working in network security operations (shifts). The responsibilities include incident troubleshooting and resolution, installation, configuration and recovery of products / solutions implemented in the perimeter security infrastructure. Managing access control and security policies on various controls deployed for Netowrk Security. Maintaining lifecycle of various security products implemented in customer\'s infrastructure and adhering to SLAs, processes and compliance. This role will get opportunities to work on a wide variety of solutions including Next Generation Firewalls, VPNs, SASE Solutions, Network DLP, Multifactor Authentication, Secure eMail Gateways and so on. The candidate will also get opportunities to learn and aquire deep knowhow in emerging areas of cyber security in a large and complex IT Infrastructure (on-premise and Cloud). The Job will require the following skills- 1. The candidate is expected to have very good skills in Network Security. 2. Hands on experience on Next Gen. Firewalls integrated with Threat Prevention (Checkpoint and Cisco experience will be preferred), Secure eMail Gateway (On-premise and Cloud based), Secure Web Gateway (including SSE), IPSEC/SSL VPN, Network DLP (eMail and Web), 2 Factor Authentication, etc. 3. Fair understanding of network threats and safeguards / countermeasures 4. Very good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing. 5. Hands on knowledge of security in AWS and Azure will be added advantage. 6. Ability to coordinate and work closely with different infrastructure teams 7. Excellent teamwork, articulation, communication and interpersonal skills Certifications: Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred: CCNA CCSA AWS / Azure Security
