Minimum Qualification
DIPLOMA MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (DME)
DIPLOMA IN PRODUCTION ENGINEERING
DIPLOMA IN PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
• Good drawing study and GD&T terminologies & application knowledge
• Should poses experience in handling any or all of FANUC/HAAS FANUC/Heidenhain/Siemens Controller of 3-4-5 Axis CNC Machines
• Should poses good experience in critical machining processes
• Should poses good understanding of fixturing concepts to perform On-Machine/Off-Machine Setting activities
• Should have knowledge on various types of Defence & Aerospace Grade Raw Materials & its machining processes
• Knowledge on developing CNC Programming for 3-4-5 Axis CNC Machining Centres, CNC VTLs & CNC Turn-mill Centres (Preferred)
• Knowledge on usage of Optical Probing Systems & LASER Presetting Systems are added advantage
• Knowledge on latest cutting tools & fixturing equipments
• Ability to do Systematic Root Cause Analysis & good Problem Solving capabilities
• Domain Knowledge in ISO 9001 & AS 9100 systems are essential
• Good Communication / Interpersonal Skills & ability to work in team
• Experience in Aerospace / Defence domains preferred
