Responsibilities

Develop user-facing features using ReactJS and related libraries.

Stay updated on ReactJS technologies and best practices.

Collaborate with senior engineers on code development.

Create reusable components and front-end libraries.

Translate designs into high-quality code.

Conduct code reviews under guidance.

Implement basic testing strategies.

Resolve technical challenges with support.

Maintain technical documentation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.

Possess basic knowledge of databases and backend.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices.

Continuously enhance technical skills.

Key Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL), along with fundamental knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, including ReactJS components, state management, and JSX.

Version Control: Experience with GIT or similar version control tools.

Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Development Processes: Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.

Communication: Effective communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Added Advantage: React experience gained through projects or internships will be considered a plus.
