Junior Shop Manager QualityDescriptionEnsures products received or produced meet technical specifications. • Engine assembly / Tear down skills \xe2\x80\x93 Can perform tear down & rebuild of all models from any stage with due knowledge of NEBS & respective SMB constraints.
• Measurement & Inspection \xe2\x80\x93 Carried out require and critical measurement of engine components during assembly & tear down.
• Auditor & Training abilities - Making sense of reported / find out quality issue by performing deep investigation skill.
• Data Reporting - Prepares documentation in a manner which clearly organizes and presents audit observations.
• Arrange tore down component review of audit engine with CFT in the section.
• Support to PHP plant for engine audit & failure investigation.
• Rectification & quality issue analysis of various customer quality & PSPU engine.
• Knowledge of EQA Quality Procedures & Check sheets for stated activity.
