We are looking for a Junior Service Center Specialist (m/f/d) for our Technical Services Team. In this position, you will be responsible to manage SkyCell's container pool in the region APAC, coordinate processes with our warehouses and actively support the Technical Services Team in day-to-day operations.

Tasks

• Coordination and supervision of the SkyCell service stations to ensure efficient container turnaround
• Maintenance & monitoring of the SkyCell container pool
• Identification of potential issues/inefficiencies in our service stations and implementation of according solutions
• Run container availability analysis in order to predict container stock and to make sure to meet future demand
• Responsible to track & sustain stock levels such as for tools, spare parts & consumables
• Manage and develop relationship to our service partners
• Process optimization and creation of SOPs
• Ensure compliance to SkyCell SOPs and company standards
• Support during product tests
• Training of SkyCell partners
• Support implementation of new suppliers
• Internal contact person for technical issues regarding SkyCell containers
• Support of the Technical Services Team in various optimization & automation projects
• Creation and tracking of KPIs

Requirements

• Completed technical education (at minimum bachelor's degree)
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Very good command of English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
• Good understanding of technical/scientific contexts
• High IT affinity and proficient regarding MS Office products
• Ability to coordinate different stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High sense of responsibility and quick perception
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally on business (10%)
