Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of SEO principles and be eager to learn more about digital marketing and search engine optimization strategies. You will support the SEO team in optimizing website content, researching keywords, tracking analytics, and contributing to overall organic growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Keyword Research : Conduct thorough keyword research to identify trends, search volume, and competition, and assist in developing a targeted keyword strategy.
• Content Optimization : Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is SEO-friendly, including optimizing meta tags, headlines, URLs, and images.
• On-Page SEO : Implement on-page SEO techniques to enhance website content, internal linking, and page structure to improve search rankings.
• Technical SEO : Assist in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and page load speed optimizations.
• Competitor Analysis : Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Analytics and Reporting : Track and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Backlinking : Support in developing and executing link-building strategies to improve site authority and rankings.
• Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve and refine SEO strategies.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : 0-1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field. Internship experience in SEO is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge : Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress experience is beneficial).
• Strong Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Detail-oriented : Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
