Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and result-driven SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and content optimization to drive organic traffic and improve our search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the company's website.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and content development.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and internal linking structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, search engine rankings, and competitor performance.
• Create and manage backlink-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to all web content.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare regular performance reports to track SEO progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and on-page and off-page SEO practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management platforms like WordPress is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
