Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales/Outreach Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow their career in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
As a Junior Sales/Outreach Executive, you will generate leads, nurture client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
What You'll Do:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and opportunities through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Sales Outreach: Execute outreach campaigns to engage with potential clients and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to build relationships and ensure consistent engagement.
Support the senior sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
Sales Funnel Support: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader company goals.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and company offerings to improve outreach effectiveness.
What We Seek:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (internships included).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Background in the Media/Event industry is a plus.
