Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including educational institutions, schools, and educational organizations, using various methods such as online research, social media, and networking.
2. Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our products and services and set up meetings for the sales team.
3. Sales Support: Assist senior sales staff with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Provide administrative support and handle follow-up tasks.
4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients. Understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant feedback and insights to the sales team.
6. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
7. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our EdTech products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience: Previous sales experience or internships in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
