The Junior Sales Executive will assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales process. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT sales, including website development, digital marketing, and mobile application development, and offers a pathway for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: o Assist in identifying potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, and social media platforms. o Maintain a database of prospects and update it regularly. o Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building: o Engage with potential clients to understand their basic requirements. o Provide preliminary information about the company's services and value propositions. o Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Support: o Assist senior sales executives in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. o Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups. o Support sales activities, including event participation and product demonstrations.
4. Digital Marketing Awareness: o Learn the basics of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing) to communicate effectively with potential clients. o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and service offerings.
5. Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and client interactions. o Prepare basic reports on sales performance and share updates with the team.
6. Learning & Development: o Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and product knowledge. o Continuously improve understanding of the company's services and the digital marketing domain. Qualification. Graduation in any discipline, MBA (Preferred) Skills
1. Sales & Business Development: Lead generation, strategic planning, negotiation, client acquisition, and retention. 2. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding social media marketing, and campaign analysis. 3. Leadership: Team leadership, collaboration, goal setting, and performance management. 4.
