Responsibilities:
1. Develop a thorough understanding of iTour's products, services & offerings.
2. Identifying and profiling the leads through various Social Media Channels, Networking & Referrals.
3. Contact potential clients to present iTour's travel packages and services.
4. Understand client needs and preferences, and customise travel solutions accordingly.
5. Build and nurture strong client relationships.
6. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and generate leads.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
9. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
10. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for clients.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer information in the system.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry ( Freshers can also apply)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and secure business deals.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Knowledge or interest in travel destinations, tourism trends, and industry-related products and services.
6. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management software.
7. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
9. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours when required.
