Junior Sales Executive (real Estate)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.

Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and preferences.

Schedule and accompany clients on property viewings.

Prepare and manage sales documentation and contracts.

Help with the organization of open houses and property tours.

Analyze market data to assist in pricing strategies.

Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations.

Utilize social media and other platforms to promote properties.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand contacts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications:

A degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field can be advantageous.

1+ year previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.

A real estate license may be required, depending on the region.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Familiarity with real estate listing platforms and marketing tools.

Ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively.

Confidence in handling objections and finding solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
