Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
• Support senior team members in providing training sessions and resources to clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize our offerings.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Work alongside senior team members to identify and resolve onboarding-related issues or challenges, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
• Aid in gathering feedback from clients to enhance the onboarding process and overall customer experience.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and onboarding activities using CRM software.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in client acquisition or sales, preferably in the software domain.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to gather and analyze customer insights to support decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
