We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team.

: We seek a motivated Sales Associate with strong multilingual skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi, enabling them to communicate with a diverse customer base effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service- Understand and communicate product knowledge to customers- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Build and maintain customer relationships- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Requirements:

- Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi- Proven experience in a retail or sales environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
