Junior Retail Store Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
• Assist in daily operations to ensure efficient store functioning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experience.
• Support senior management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment and stock management.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
• Assist in executing promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
