Job Overview:

Dr. Radha's Dental and Advanced Aesthetic Center (Dr. Radha's DAAC) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Resident Dentist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in a variety of dental procedures under the guidance of experienced dentists. You will contribute to the provision of exceptional dental care to our patients, while developing your clinical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge preparations.
• Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and screenings.
• Assisting diagnostic procedures.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting procedures, treatment plans, and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of dental care services.
• Opportunity to learn and develop skills in specialized areas of dentistry, such as orthodontics, periodontics, and endodontics.
• Need to help provide Digital Marketing support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized dental school
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing quality dental care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
