The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications


from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work under


a DBT (BT/PR53788/BMS/85/251/2024) Sponsored project titled "Neural circuit

mechanism of obsessive-compulsive disorder-like checking behaviour in mice: A study

with a special focus on the role of hippocampo-medical prefrontal cortical neuronal

circuit •" • underthe supervision of Dr. Gireesh Gangadharan, Associate Professorin the


Department of Ageing Research, Manipal School of Life Sciences, Manipal Academy of


Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, Karnataka, India.


Eligibility: M.Sc. in any field of Life Sciences.


? Candidate with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/ DBT-BET qualification will be preferred.


Remuneration: Rs 37,000/- per month and HRA as per the DBT norms.


Duration of the project: 3 Years
