Job Description
We\'re looking for a vibrant, well organized and self-motivated individual to join a well-established recruiting team. We have a fantastic job position open as a Junior Recruitment Administrator. You will be expanding your network, receiving full training as well as gaining that all-important experience in the working world in a young vibey working environment full of passionate and driven individuals.Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Telephonic interviews with candidates
- Adding candidates to the internal database / CRM
- Doing references on candidates
- Updating jobs on job boards
- General administration and ad hoc admin support where required by line management or departments.
- Answering overflow calls and taking of detailed messages and sending to relevant people
- 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (UK Hours)
- Salary INR 16000 - INR 21000 per month depending on experience.
- 40 days of paid leave per year
- Opportunity to work for an internal company
- Fully remote working
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Good telephone skills
- Assertive
