- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate applicant qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR internships is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
