• Candidate Sourcing : Use various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, databases, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screening Resumes : Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
• Interview Coordination : Arrange interviews and assessments, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide candidates with information on the role and the hiring process.
• Candidate Communication : Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
