Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Python programming, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in developing scalable and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development:
• Develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and applications using Python.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Database Management:
• Design and manage efficient database schemas.
• Work with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Code Optimization:
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and implement improvements.
• Problem Solving:
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to project planning.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and technologies.
• Recommend tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API integrations.
• Knowledge of database design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to write clean, efficient code.

Pay: Up to ?39,856.54 per month
