We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Public Relations team as a Junior Public Relations Manager. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in the field of public relations.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 PR Campaign Management:o Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns.o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of PR activities with organizational goals.o Help conceptualize creative PR initiatives and tactics to enhance brand visibility and reputation.\xc2\xb7 Media Relations:o Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.o Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to secure media coverage.o Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance metrics.\xc2\xb7 Content Creation:o Contribute to the creation of compelling content for press releases, blog posts, social media, and other communication channels.o Edit and proofread written materials to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.\xc2\xb7 Event Management:o Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing PR events, press conferences, and media briefings.o Handle logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee coordination.\xc2\xb7 Crisis Communication:o Support the PR team in managing crisis communication situations effectively.o Assist in drafting crisis communication plans and preparing spokespersons for media interactions.\xc2\xb7 Research and Analysis:o Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape to inform PR strategies.o Analyze data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and recommend improvements.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.\xc2\xb7 1-3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related roles.\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in media relations, including pitching and securing media coverage.\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with media monitoring tools.\xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\xc2\xb7 Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in event planning or crisis communication is a plus.
