Job Title: Junior Production Engineering ( Fresher )

Department: Production/Manufacturing

Reports to: Production Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary

Assist in monitoring production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Process Monitoring: Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

2. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and document findings.

3. Production Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate production records.

4. Issue Reporting: Identify and report production issues to supervisors.

5. Safety Protocol Adherence: Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed.

6. Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or degree in engineering, operations management or related field.

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in production/manufacturing.

3. Skills: Attention to detail, communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

4. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

1. Manufacturing/production setting.

2. Rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

3. Overtime as needed.

Salary Range

Approximately ?15,000- ?25,000 per month.
