• Assist in the planning and execution of manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical equipment.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor.
• Contribute to the design and modification of production equipment and processes.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Support the training of production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
