Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Work closely with senior engineers to analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various stages of production, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process changes, updates, and improvements for compliance and future reference.
• Quality Control: Assist in developing and implementing quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and maintenance to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory standards and participate in safety audits and training.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting operational issues, and helping to resolve them promptly.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and actively seek opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience in process engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Knowledge of software/tools relevant to the industries especially as mentioned below AutoCAD, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Aspen Hysys/flarenet/EDR/Hydraulic/Dynamics, HTRi,.
