Minimum 3 Years Experience Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Planning:
1. Develop and design comprehensive plumbing systems for residential, commercial buildings.
2. Prepare detailed plumbing schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
3. Perform calculations for water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems to ensure optimal
functionality. 2. Project Management:
1. Oversee the installation and commissioning of plumbing systems on construction sites.
2. Ensure all plumbing installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and
safety regulations.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure
timely completion of tasks. 3. Site Supervision and Monitoring:
1. Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of plumbing installations.
2. Ensure compliance with design plans, safety standards, and building codes.
3. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to plumbing systems. 4. Compliance and Documentation:
1. Ensure all plumbing systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and
environmental standards.
2. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and logs.
