Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Junior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Junior Physiotherapist, you will assist in providing physical therapy treatments and interventions to patients under the supervision of senior physiotherapists. Your role will involve assessing patient conditions, implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities, and monitoring progress to help patients achieve optimal physical function and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of patients to evaluate physical condition, establish treatment goals, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) based on treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery and prevent re-injury.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in symptoms, functional abilities, and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans as needed and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Adhere to professional standards, code of ethics, and legal regulations related to physiotherapy practice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a physiotherapist (if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help patients achieve physical wellness.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and treatment methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience or internships in a clinical setting.
• Specialized training or certification in specific areas of physiotherapy (e.g., sports rehabilitation, geriatrics).
