Responsibilities:
1. Travel Bookings and Reservations:
Process travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
2. Itinerary Management:
Prepare detailed travel itineraries for clients, incorporating their preferences, activities, and logistics.
3. Supplier Coordination:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers.
4. Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their travel journey.
5. Documentation and Administrative Tasks:
Manage travel documentation, including tickets, visas, insurance, and travel vouchers.
6. Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality checks on travel bookings and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations within the travel and tourism industry if applicable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings, contracts, and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in travel reservation systems, online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of travel regulations, destination information, and industry best practices.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
