Job Description

:Job Purpose

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in the event of illness or injury.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and immunizations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote employee wellness.
• Collaborate with management and HR to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct workplace hazard assessments and participate in risk management activities to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Provide health education and counseling to employees on topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists as needed for employee referrals and consultations.
• Participate in workplace safety committees and contribute to the development of safety training programs.
• Respond to health-related inquiries and provide guidance on medical issues to employees and management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in occupational health and safety.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, or industrial nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications for medical record keeping and data analysis.
