Location : KandlaCity : KandlaState : Gujar\xc4\x81t (IN-GJ)Country : India (IN)Requisition Number : 35708Business Title: Junior Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer- Process
Reports to: Manager- ProcessRole Purpose Statement:

  • To maintain the shift activity for 120+300 TPD IE plant.
Main Accountabilities:
  • To operate Inter Esterification operation.
  • To operate continuous bleacher system.
  • To minimize the down time.
  • To optimize the chemical & utility consumption.
  • To prioritize the safety measure and knowledge of hazards associated with sodium methoxide.
  • To maintain the quality parameters of processing
  • Monitoring of Deo OPRP monitoring.
  • TBHQ addition as per specification.
  • Process aids/ingredients management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Reducing Chemical and fuel consumption
  • Safety Norms - No LTI
  • Ensure 100% food safety.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
  • Knowledge of IE, Hydrogenation, and continuous bleacher operation
Education/Experience:
  • ITI /Diploma Chemical
  • 05-6 years of experience of processing of edible oil refinery, Hydrogenation, and continuous bleacher operation
