You will help to ensure that patients and physicians have the medicines they need, when they need them.What You Will AchieveYou will help Pfizer ensure that all the production and packaging machinery is up and running. You will be relied on to conduct preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of our machinery. You will also perform specification checks and help interpret blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications. You will determine the sequence of operations and method of setup as well as assess the requirements of material, parts and equipment.Your prior work experience and ability to apply your breadth of knowledge will help you adapt the standard methods and procedures. You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.It is your dedication and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve It

• Manage own time, professional development and be accountable for own results.
• Prioritize own workflow and may assist in prioritizing the workflow of less-experienced colleagues.
• Apply safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} knowledge in daily operations involving self and other team members.
• Operate production machines.
• Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Maintain work area, tools and equipment in a clean, organized and professional manner.
• Train departmental colleagues to enhance departmental cross-training and capability for new or existing processing equipment.
• Perform special projects as directed by the Supervisor.
• Able to handle objects, tools, or controls.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.

QualificationsMust-Have

• Diploma in mechenicals or Diploma
• Certification in assigned area, if applicable
• Able to perform trouble shooting on production equipment
• Extensive generalist experience will be considered
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Nice-to-Have

• Work experiance in pharmaceutical equipment operations
