If you\'re a problem solver and a visionary thinker, join our team and help shape our organisation\'s future through effective talent acquisition and managementRole and responsibilitiesSource potential candidates on job portals and social media platformsPerform job postings on various platformsParse specialised skills and qualifications to screen IT resumesPerform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants\' capabilitiesInterview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)Coordinate with the sales team to forecast department goals and hiring needsCraft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidatesPromote the company\'s reputation as a great place to workConduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirementsKeep up-to-date with new technological trends and productsRequired skills and experienceMin. 2 years experience working in a full-lifecycle recruiting and technical recruiting environmentExperience in IT Recruitment and Hiring (e.g. software development, IT, engineering, or related fields)Strong knowledge of recruitment best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with the candidatesExperience with ATS and other recruitment toolsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentExperience in the technology industry is a plusClient Success - Your Triumph is Our Triumph
