Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview

Avodha is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Tutor to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This position involves delivering online live sessions, creating recording content, and conducting offline classes to train students in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. We seek an experienced developer with a passion for teaching and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Conduct online live sessions and record high-quality instructional content for the MERN stack curriculum.

Deliver offline classes to provide hands-on, interactive training.

Develop and structure curriculum content, lesson plans, and practical coding assignments.

Offer personalized support to students, helping with troubleshooting and guiding project work.

Keep the course materials updated with the latest MERN stack technologies and best practices.

Monitor student progress, evaluate projects, and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with academic staff to continuously enhance the quality of the training program.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) and related web technologies.

Prior teaching or mentoring experience, ideally in a classroom or training environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Ability to create engaging course content and instructional videos.
