JOB TITLE: Junior Merchandiser

LOCATION: Udaipur

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying the suitable assortment mix and the range gap with respect to the brand's product portfolio and market demand
• Work in collaboration with associated designers/brands/artist and engage new potential partners.
• Negotiate and on-board newer collections/brands/designers that has commercial gain.
• Be data driven and informative about the operational procedures w.r.t collecting and recording information about products, terms of business and commercial agreements.
• Ensure consistent check on brands/designers/artisans w.r.t each category and work as partner success associate
• Communicate and coordinate with brands regarding product information, deliveries, and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Assist in the coordination with partner brands for product samples and photo shoots.
• Work in association with online and offline retail/project teams to gather data and analyse product performance and sales trends
• Work closely with our VM & retail rep to maintain store assortment
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance back-end operations.
• Assist in developing and documenting and adhering the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for brand merchandising processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the luxury e-commerce or home decor industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for home decor/ Lifestyle /Art & Design and a keen eye for design and trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
