Junior Merchandiser
Job Description
The Junior Merchandiser supports the merchandising team by assisting in the coordination of product development, inventory management, and supplier communications. This role involves monitoring order progress, maintaining product data, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The Junior Merchandiser will work closely with the senior merchandising team, vendors, and quality control departments to support smooth product flow from design to retail.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or a related role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and quality standards is a plus.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
