We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in marketing and sales support. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of digital marketing and a basic grasp of sales tactics, including cold calling, email marketing, and campaign management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cold calling to generate leads and introduce our services to potential clients.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to engage clients and nurture leads.
• Manage email campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and tracking of performance metrics.
• Support the marketing team in developing strategies to enhance our brand presence.
• Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives like social media, content creation, and ad management.
• Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Maintain client databases and ensure accurate reporting of marketing and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cold calling and email marketing techniques.
• Familiarity with email campaign tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
