Job Title : Junior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and branding efforts, building public relations, engaging with architects and interior designers, and identifying sponsorship opportunities to help drive our events and campaigns to success.

Reporting to : Social Media Manager
Preference : Female Candidate

Key Responsibilities

Branding and Marketing Support

• Assist in executing and managing branding initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Actively support the sales team in building the company's brand presence in the market.

Public Relations and Client Engagement

• Establish and nurture relationships with architects and interior designers to enhance brand recognition.
• Represent the brand in meetings, events, and industry gatherings, ensuring a professional and impactful presence.

Content Creation

• Design visually appealing and engaging video content using tools such as Canva, VN, or CapCut.
• Produce social media posts, promotional materials, and event highlights to captivate target audiences.

Sponsorship Acquisition

• Research and identify potential sponsors for events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop and present compelling sponsorship proposals to partners.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva
• Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
• Prior experience in sponsorship or event coordination is a plus.
• Experience or interest in building relationships with architects and interior designers is a significant advantage.

Salary

INR 10,000 to INR 20,000
